I am strategic in how I approach this work — strategic in how we approach the many intersections that make up people. I believe in leaning into vulnerability, taking care with the multitude of ways humans interact with one another. I love learning with people, unlearning with people, and getting excited with them in all aspects of this work — in facilitation and in solutions-building.
